Your initial consultation includes a comprehensive assessment, treatment, and discussion about your goals. We’ll start by going through your medical history and any current symptoms, followed by a physical assessment to identify the cause of your pain or limitation. Treatment is then provided during your first visit. This may include hands-on therapy, exercise prescription, education, or a combination of approaches. You’ll also receive a tailored plan to guide your recovery at home or in the gym.
